1、建立胶黏剂销售战略，制定并组织实施完整的销售方案；

2、开拓胶黏剂业务，与客户、与客户建立良好的合作关系；

3、负责部门销售计划的制定、执行、工作总结与分析；

4、协助各销售人员进行客户开发、维护、货款催收等；

5、掌握市场动态，产品立项的市场调研、执行统筹，行业动态的分析与关注，及时对销售政策及开发方向做出判断和更改等；

6、主持公司重大营销合同的谈判与签订工作；       

7、客户关系的管理，协助处理大客户投诉，跟踪处理投诉结果，并进行客户满意度调查，深挖客户需求。

要求：

1.  8年以上工作经验，有团队管理经验，有个人想法

2.  对于木工、纸张包装、标签、印刷、汽车、鞋材等领域  有2个或以上的行业销售经验

3.  勤奋，有冲劲，正能量，能带动团队
