职位描述
-Commercial Strategy
-Work closely with BU sales team to define regional Commercial strategy in accordance with the company’s overall business objectives, market dynamics and policy evolvement
-Develop and implement annual Commercial working plan to achieve business goals and objectives
-Distribution management
-Develop and maintain regional distribution network in compliance with government regulatory, and be responsible for 1st tier distributor evaluation and selection
-through innovative partnership with distributors to maximize product availability in the market, especially broader market territories,
-Monitor distributor’s performance and status to ensure the distribution agreement are fully observed and company products are delivered to all targeting sites timely
-Hospital Listing
-Responsible for developing and maintain strategic partnership with distribution and key hospitals stakeholders
-Lead cross function programs and activities to drive achievement of access objectives in target hospitals, including hospital bidding, listing, price management, purchasing, and smooth implementation of RDL at hospital level
-Provincial Bidding
-Plan and drive implementation of bidding related activities independently or through collaboration with other functions
-Team management
-Responsible for regional team management, including team engagement, performance management and competency development
-Motive and engage team by fostering culture consistent with company values and high business standards
-Support team members with their career development and retain key talent through collaboration with HR and Sales Training
-Develop talent pipeline to meet future talents needs by cooperation with HR.
-Hold highest standard of compliance for all business decisions, procedures and individual behaviors
-Advocate Company value and behavior requirements to foster positive team culture and ensure compliance and business ethics.
职位要求:
-8 years and above working experience from MNC pharmaceutical company with solid background associated with Oncology and/or other specialty medicine products management
-Experience with key account management and distributor management, good understanding of relevant policies and regulatory
-Result driven, able to deliver in highly demanding environment and competitive market
-Experience in business management, including customer management, planning and process management
-Demonstrate good level of business acumen, strategic thinking and learning agility, capable in leading and driving effective change management
-Strong leadership and a team player, skillful in engaging and motivating people around
-Bachelor and above degree with workable English
