* Help to develop concepts that are strategically on target;

    

* Understand and effectively use emotional and rational appeals;

    

* Write imaginative copy in variety of styles;

    

* Develop campaigns, not just “one shot” ads;

    

* Present creative work effectively.

* 1-2 years work experience in an agency environment as copy writer, and 4A experience is preferred.

    

* Good at copywriting, understand the feature of all kinds of media styles.

    

* Excellent creative thought, able to develop creating conceptions independently.

* Creative, full of passion, good at team-work

* Good communication and presentation skills in English both written and spoken
