职位信息

1、访客接待，协助行政日常沟通协调，如绿化、快递、机票、文具、网络、电话、物业等；

2、协助公司各项员工活动组织和宣传；

3、其他上级布置的工作。

岗位要求：

1、专科及以上学历，欢迎在校学生实习，每周可实习4天左右，有毕业后留用转正机会；

2、责任心强，聪明好学，热情开朗，做事有条理，耐心细心；

3、熟悉掌握办公软件，如word、excel、PPT等；
