This is a role responsible for business engagement, E2E project delivery and BAU (business as usual) support for enabling applications, ensuring applicable IT services are coordinated and delivered to the Business Owner.
This function participates in business/needs analysis, risk assessment, and consults with business partners to shape demand and determine how to best support the business through the effective use of technology. Roles in this function also act as the product manager of the, Finance, HR and other G&A (general and administrative) application systems, continually improve the system on user experience, stabilities and functionalities.
-Be up to date on technology innovations and solutions and advise the assigned Business domain IT business accordingly
-Act as technical and/or project lead in the planning, design, configuration, and deployment of new systems, and enhancements to existing enterprise wide computerized systems primarily for HR, legal, finance and other G&A enterprise systems
-Collaborate with the project team in the planning, design, configuration, and deployment of new applications, and enhancements to existing applications including Sharepoint, MS PowerBI, MS Teams, contract management system, e-Learning system and other G&A systems
-Partner with Global IT leadership team to ensure application and technology aligns with the global IT strategy and vision by being the IT representative for APAC on global system deployment projects, application support and post-go live maintenance and enhancement activities
-Provide hands on tier 2 support and be point of escalation for G&A applications within the roles domain.
-Partner with Service Desk and IT Operations to develop post-implementation support structure
-Initiate innovations in the Enabling Functions IT business/information domain and support the initiation of these innovations in close cooperation with business representatives.
-Use current knowledge of business and technology to recommend systems and process improvements to increase the value of insights generated
-Gather business needs for one or multiple Enabling Functions and the supporting information domain and define underlying business cases
-Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, user acceptance testing, scenarios, business analysis, and task and workflow analysis
-Translate non-technical requirements into technical business requirements
-Assess the business impact of critical problems to reduce risks with respect to business continuity and informs stakeholders about the appropriate risk mitigation that needs to be taken.
-Conduct events and workshops to encourage understanding in the business about IT opportunities.
-Support business case development with the business to justify new initiatives, innovations and projects.
-Support and guides business representatives in determining business requirements for IT services and IT solutions.
-Build trustworthy and value-based relationships business representatives across different domains and processes to establish good communication and a good understanding of business drivers.
职位要求：
-Bachelor's degree in computer science or similar discipline
-8+ years of relevant, IT business analyst experience, business partner and project management experience preferred
-Solid experience in business engagement and solution design
-Solid understanding of Enabling function (Finance, HR, Legal, compliance etc.) business process. Preference for pharmaceutical industry
-Experience in SharePoint, workday, contract management system, e-Learning system and major BPM products preferred
-Ability to manage and work efficiently with various levels of people in matrix organization
-Able to manage multiple tasks and result driven oriented
-Demonstrate ability to think strategically, tactically and operationally
-Ability to inspire, engage and drive new ideas and innovation
-Good interpersonal and communication skills
-Fluent oral and written working English
