Major/Key Accountabilities 主要职责

协助并制订水险部的核保政策，并完善和优化承保操作流程

Supported to create underwriting guideline to improve underwriting procedure and performance

维护与开发国内外保险经纪公司、保险公司、国内外再保公司的合作关系

Maintained and developed the relationship with local/international brokers & agents, insurers, reinsurance broker and 处理水险直保业务及临分业务，并指导12家总分公司开展核保及水险业务工作 

Routinely provided the training for 12 branches staff about marine underwriting guideline, marketing information and risk management experiences.

协助并开发水险的新产品开发、单证设计和信息系统建设

Supported to create the new products, document designed, and system construction

财产保险市场及再保险市场的信息收集、捕捉、及跟踪，并在保险/再保险相关数据统计分析及相关报告制作

Keeping to collect the marketing information about local primary insurance market and reinsurance market to work the data analysis and report for primary insurance market and reinsurance market. 

Requirements 任职要求

• 熟练的中英双语能力
• Mandarin speaker, good spoken and written English.
• 全日制本科学位及以上学历
   Undergraduate degree or above
• 教育背景在海商法，保险及其相关领域优先
  Education background of maritime law, insurance and other relevant majors are preferred
  有较强的电脑处理能力Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other office software
• 3-5年相关的行业经验
  3-5 working experience in the industry
