岗位职责:

OVERVIEW

Associate Moderator is a content product that helps clients make better business decisions faster. The incumbent conducts in depth Interviews with key opinion leader, senior executives and industry specialists in relations to healthcare, to unearth critical insights and generate unfiltered transcripts.

OUTPUTS / ACCOUNTABILITY

? Maintaining research over pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device sectors to facilitate periodic interviews on topics of most relevance to clients
? Researching potential interviews ideas, and preparing market analysis and questions ahead of the event
? Hosting interviews with thought leaders, reacting to the conversation flow and asking intelligent questions that will extract value for our clients
? De-briefing key learnings with clients shortly after interview. Sharing detailed interview feedback, clinical implications, and derived insights with the research team to facilitate report writing
? Ensuring interviews are being marketed and sold effectively, and educating the research team on upcoming interviews
? Working closely with the research team to ensure that the best speakers are selected and pre-qualified ahead of each interview
? Interacting and fostering relationships with clients before and after each event to help drive continuous improvement of their experience with Ipsos MedTech
? Educating the research team about clinical practice, drug products, and medical device applications, to help fostering their category knowledge

任职资格:

Qualifications

? Hold a Nursing or Nursing-related bachelor’s degree with a strong academic record
? At least 10 years of in hospital experience in third-class hospital and good application of knowledge
? Nursing experience in ICU or oncology department is highly preferred
? Have led or driven nursing or clinical related education, training, sharing, interviewing, as part of his / her vocational experience is highly preferred
? Have working experience, esp. customer research and insights, at pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device company, is a plus

? Able to work effectively in a team and independently
? Able to build strong links with the rest of the business
? Willing to travel, estimated 40% of time travelling within China
