Job Objective:
Provide operational and transactional support to HELLA China recruitment
Job Profile
Requirement
School Education: University degree in HR, business administration or system-related major
Language Skills: Workable oral English
Professional Experience: 3 years or above working experiences in HR function
Additional Skills: Communication and coordination skill, pressure-taken ability, detail-oriented
Tasks / Area of Responsibility
A Operational support based on D.Vinci system
Create job position in D.Vinci system and modify/polish job advertisement in system
Track all HELLA China shortlisted applications very closely to take system action in a very accurate and timely manner
Work very closely with recruiters on system service in recruitment process
Generate status report to provide fundamental picture of hiring status for further analysis
Send system reminders to outliers or give escalation when necessary
Archive and clean positions in system on a timely basis
B Operational support based on TUPU system
Be responsible for job posting for all positions in TUPU system
Work closely with recruiters to understand job requirement of junior stall-level positions and translate the job requirement to screening criteria of applications
Conduct CV screening for all junior staff-level positions in TUPU system on a timely basis
Conduct basic telephone interview for junior staff-level positions when necessary
Generate position applications report to provide fundamental picture of sourcing status for further analysis
C Operational support for offering & onboarding
Generate, release offer letter and track sign-back
Release onboarding package, coordinate health check and generate contract
Be responsible for SAP data input of new employee
