职位描述
Position responsibilities:
Design and develop the analysis model to support the data operation and quality improvement for Ford 100% connectivity in AP market. Support new Connected Vehicle Products and Technology launch in Asia Pacifica region. Highly fluent in English and Mandarin and be able to communicate very effectively with internal and external organizations. Candidates should be flexible with work hours due to time differences between markets, strong capability for problem resolving.
Other responsibilities:
?Lead operations analysis in AP region for the Connected Vehicle & Services products
?Automatic scripts tool design for data analysis, failure pattern identification, and performance test
?Organize and prepare complicated technical material and operation report for mgmt. meetings
?PDI and EOL operation process refine & optimize
?New program launch support in plant in Asia Pacific region and lead the triage meeting with core teams for complicated launch issue
?Supplier management and lead new part firmware validation in vehicle post launch.
?Internal Interface for this position includes
?Communicate technical information precise to various levels of technical & non-technical mgmt.
Requirements:
? Scripts language programming for data analysis like Python
? Good knowledge of XML, SOAP, REST, UML, Message Flows, SOA Security, and Messaging concepts.
? Wireless Networks specific in China, Asia, & Australia (GSM, CDMA, LTE) and Carrier Relations (China Mobile, China Unicom, China Telecom)
? Knowledge of data exchange protocols MQTT/XMPP//FTP/HTTP/UDP/SMS/gRPC
? Familiarity with wireless embedded modem architecture design, component-level system integration, and vehicle CAN networks.
? Knowledge of Azure cloud architecture.
? Knowledge of CAN communication in vehicle.
? 5+ years of in-vehicle product development experience or business analyst experience.
? 1-2 years of product or program management skills in the connected Automotive industry.
? Experience in application design and design/delivery of complex integration solutions
? 3+ year of practical programming experience Java, SQL, JavaScript, and Python.
? Experience in the area of managing day-to-day operations of eco-system/cloud service.
? Ability to triage, analytical, organization and issue resolution skills specifically in backend operations roles.
Familiarity working with:
? Large enterprise systems, mobile application vendors and network environments.
? Web-service Design, Enterprise Service Bus, Enterprise, Integration Patterns
? In-vehicle telematics or embedded modem technology
