职位描述

Position Purpose:

The position defines and adjusts the medium and long-term business strategy for Aftersales in terms of service format, service digitalization, service image, new and e-mobility, also developing new innovation tools and service.It acquires external market knowledge as well as internal data, market insight, industry trend and shapes the current and future strategic direction in after-sales business according to market requirements. Therefore this key role ensures sustainable build-up and future development of the Aftersales business in China. Defines and adjusts business strategy for Aftersales together with stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  1. Benchmark service strategies for all Ford and Lincoln brands including import business as well as local produced vehicles to guarantee sustainability of business models and protect future investments;
  2. Establishment of Aftersales e-ready and e-readiness across CAF, JMC, FCO and Lincoln;
  3. Manages the interest of the Ford entities in service action/recall campaign administration and provide group level support and coordination to all entities on the recall actions;
  4. Work with internal cross-functional team to guidance and management support to CAF, JMC, FCO and Lincoln to ensure the compliance on legislation requirement in aftersales business;
  5. Defines customer satisfaction strategy, analysing customer experience, competitive analysis; integrated service process to enhance customer aftersales experience for CAF, JMC, FCO and Lincoln;
  6. Direction and coordination of customized new mobility related programs and concepts to secure sustainable market exploitation for aftersales businesses;
  7. Strategic planning of Aftersales capacities, new service format and performance efficiency to ensure in depth market penetration and safe-guarding Ford’s Aftersales profitability targets;
  8. Guidance and support of Aftersales relevant topics to protect Ford’s interests, reputation, and secure sustainability;
  9. Activate and enhance the digitalization and effective utilization of big data in aftersales field;
  10. Leads and coordinate the internal efficiency measures to achieve synergies between projects and cross functions within the relevant departments and entities to support for all entities overlapping projects from Aftersales perspective.
 
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor degree above and MBA is highly preferred;
  2. More than 10 years working experience in automotive after sales field, including after sales dealer management, performance management;
  3. Experience in Go-to Market and BEV/NEV after sales experience are highly preferred;
  4. Knowledge of aftersales related Legislation and government requirement;
  5. Good negotiation skill both internally and externally, with experience of dealing with complex JV relationship.
  6. Good communication skill both in Chinese and English.
