1. 根据公司需求，通过电话与客户进行回访，完成每日和每月的指标；
2. 根据客户回访内容及时更新系统信息；
3. 收集客户建议并及时提供反馈和总结，做好客户资料的收集与整理；

   4、及时有效的跟踪客户信息。

任职资格：

1. 大专以上学历，有2年以上房地产或客服经验；
2. 熟练运用office办公软件；
3. 具有一定的抗压能力、责任心强、良好的沟通能力和团队合作能力。
