职位描述
1. Location
Veeder-Root China- Shanghai office (IBP)
Occasional domestic travel for meeting or customer visitation
2. Purpose of Position
Provide back-office support; proceed with the service daily work timely and effectively.
3. Key Responsibilities
? Maintain the call center, do the statistic of customer call.
? Answer 400 calls, provide solution and follow up the problem solving process after receiving calls.
? Provide statistic report on repair weekly.
? Telephone investigation on ATG & STP installation.
? Installation refund statistic monthly.
? Help with dealing of service contracts.
? Following up project or pilot site process.
? Organizing technical training meeting.
? Maintain the test website.
? Subtract sales data for refund withholding monthly.
? Handle general activities of service department.
4. Relationships
? Work with all technical engineers.
? Contact directly with all distributors and end users.
5. Measures of Performance
? Provide related reports timely and accurately.
? Finish the routine works on time.
6. Background and Skills
? Academy degree
? Good experience on customer service
? Strong ability on telephone investigation skill.
? Ability to communicate in English both orally and in writing
? Wonderful skill on Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
