HR

1.     Have and support on-site recruiting process with corporate HRBPs.

2.     Have on-boarding and exit process for Beijing Office employees.

3.     Conduct on-site training activities base on the corporate T&D plan.

4.     Promote company culture with good communication among employees.

5.     Resolve on-site employee relations issues through ensuring accurate interpretation and administration of HR polices and programs.

6.     Organize local employee activities at Beijing Office.

 

Administration

1.     Responsible for supporting the smooth operation of the office.

2.     Site security management to ensure all people and goods in & out safety. 

3.     Preparation for new hires i.e. workstation, access card, name plate and telephone directory.

4.     Local suppliers management and review regularly with corporate Admin colleague.

5.     Other administrative support as required by corporate.

Requirements

1.     Bachelor degree in Business Administration, HR or related.

2.     At least 5 years relevant working experience, pharmacy industry experiences will be preferred.

3.     Have practical working knowledge of best practice HR and Admin. processes and tools.

4.     Have knowledge and understanding of e-HR systems and programs.

5.     Detail focused, well organized, ability to multitask & prioritize and strong ownership sense.

6.     Able to communicate with different colleagues in an efficient way.

7.     Good verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin and English.
