Job Purpose Statement：

• Design the all types of Vans stores layout to meet the retail expectation & brand concept requirement.
• Fully understand the needs of retail to support the the new concept & fixture develop in innovation way.
• Good communication with cross-functional teams, and other related internal & external team.
• In charge of team supply work, including the management of order, payment and suppliers.
• Support other works that line manager arranged.

Key Area of Responsibility:

·             Vans Store Image Management.

• Provide design plans, liaise with vendors and suppliers, ensuring consistency with global & regional guidelines.
• Work with VM and training to dealer and frontline stuff, monitor construction quality, to in charge the overall store image and quality
• Communicate with dealers, landlords, department stores, shopping malls etc when working
• Manage all execution points to result in a premium store environment
• Operate and execute within fast-paced timelines

l  Store Concept Development / Guideline Support

• Fully support line manager and work closely with agencies and vendors
• Help to work with new concept development for all types of store image _Create guidelines for all channels (Wholesale and Retail)

l  Order & Payment Management

• In charge of the store order operation and management
• Supplier online management and payment process operations

·             Training

• New dealers training for Store Construction Quality Control.
• Internal training for project team member
• Out-Source Designer/Construction (Vendor) Training/ Scoring for Store Design System.

Internal Communications

• Maintain close communications with Vans Sales and Retail Teams to ensure store opening & renovation plan are met, with proper time & cost control communicated to teammates to ensure set goals & time expectations are synchronized
• Work closely with VM team in developing efficient fixture / tools for retail presentation of key and functional product
• Within the CN Mktg Team to ensure event designs are met with design, quality, cost & time control

Qualification & Experience Needed

Minimum Relevant Experience:  3 year(s)

Minimum Supervisory Experience:  1 year(s)

Minimum Academic Requirement: Degree holder of Architecture or Interior Design, or relevant working experiences

Major Subject: Architecture or Interior Design or Environment Design

External Communication Required: Yes

l   Relevant academic & work experiences

l  Construction project quality management

l   Agency control experience

Required Written Language:

l   English Fluency: General

l   Chinese Fluency: Local Level

Required Competencies

l  Fully equipped to deliver the required job purposed and areas of responsibility

l  Work independently as well as a team player

l  Flexible working hours when required (regional travel, overnight store set-up, etc)

l  Good sense of sports industry

l  Be responsible，strong initiative，strong pressure resistance

l  30% business travel

Required Special Skills:

All store & event design software programs, such as AutoCAD, 3Dmax, Sketchup,photoshop, and efficient in Microsoft office applications
