刀具工程师/

主要职责：

1、编制维护发动机机加工线的刀具布置图和刀具图；

2、刀具管理（刀具调整、维护、库存管理等）工作规划与实施；

3、刀具成本分析与优化；

4、参与设备验收及遗留刀具问题的跟踪解决；

5、跟踪解决生产过程中的刀具问题；

6、跟踪产品设计变更的实施。

检具工程师/

主要职责：

1、编制维护发动机机加工线的检具清单；

2、检具管理（校验与维护、库存管理等）工作规划与实施；

3、参与测量设备验收及遗留问题的跟踪解决；

4、参与检具验收及遗留问题跟踪解决；

5、三坐标/圆度仪等精密测量设备管理工作规划与实施；

6、跟踪解决生产过程中的检具问题；

7、跟踪产品设计变更的实施；

以上岗位的 任职资格：

1、3年以上类似岗位工作经验；

2、熟悉发动机缸体或类似零部件的加工工艺流程；

3、熟悉GD&T知识；

4、熟练使用CAD和Office办公软件；

5、熟悉金属切削刀具和检具应用；

6、熟悉发动机生产线的日常运营/维护/质量管理流程；

能承受工作压力，良好的工作沟通能力，工作响应快速简洁，结果导向，能适应变化
