职位描述
Provide subject matter expertise to Retail city leaders in the areas of leadership, organization effectiveness, building organizational capability, recruitment, compensation & benefits, training & development, and employee relations to enable the sustainable achievement of business results.
Conduct regular manpower planning by reviewing headcount reports, sales reports, turnover report, etc.
Communicate manpower strategy and set up staffing plans for the city
Optimize hiring process and develop appropriate hiring channels to ensure the hiring effectiveness and efficiency
Timely communicate the update remuneration policy and incentive scheme. Ensure all the remuneration practices compliance with the government regulations and company guidance
Conduct annual budget and cost control through the personnel cost review
Lead the performance management programs for example E-valuation program in region and promote the performance driven culture
Define training needs and develop training plans in region
Improve training effect continuously through the follow up to training courses feedback
Be the employee champion and forster the smooth and open communication working environment
Provide effective solution for employee dispute and ensure all the operation with compliance
Provide input to plans and strategies of retail cities, department or cross-function projects to satisfy internal client or external customer requirements.
Partner the business and understand the requirements of the local business. Keep seamless cooperation with Head office so that a team approach can be used to solving problems. Utilise Head Office resources in the achievement of retail city goals.
Analyze workforce measurements (e.g., employee engagement, turnover, work-life issues) to enable the workforce productivity and performance improvement.
Lead the human capital planning process and talent/leadership development programs with company’s guideline.
Build the capable HR team within the retail cities. Provide direct reports with leadership, direction, and coaching to achieve work objectives and improve performance and skills.
Manage the office administration regarding to security and prosperity for the satisfactory working environments.
The employee shall perform the other responsibilities and duties assigned by the company and his/her line manager.
