You will be responsible for

  

• Daily management of the inbound operations department

• Driving continuous efficiency improvements in the inbound operational processes

• Delivering the agreed KPI's for the inbound processes

• Ensuring inbound lead times are constantly challenged and shortened

• Setting up and driving a high performing inbound team

• Handling internal and external inbound process stakeholders (vendors, logistics suppliers, other Esprit departments)

• Constantly challenging the existing cost structure for additional savings

• Leading the execution of the inbound related projects and change initiatives according to the global strategy

  
  

To qualify for this role, you should have          .

• Minimum 8 years' relevant experiences, experience in logistics industry will be an advantage

• Minimum 2 years' experience of leading a team

• Good time management skills

• Strong business acumen and process mindset

• Effective communication, interpersonal and leadership skills

• Must be ethical, detail oriented, organized and able to prioritize and set goals

• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

• Affinity with working in an international environment

• Excellent computer skills, particularly with MS Office

• Proficient spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
