岗位职责:

MAIN REPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES

1.Responsible for simultaneous delivery of the clinical operational aspects of real-world studies from CRO management through effective study reporting and close-out; submission activities; and audits/inspections, as appropriate to ensure the study conduct aligned with GSOP and local regulation.

2.Thoroughly understand and actively manage the activities and deliverables of the study conduct partners internal and external (e.g., MA, Site Management functional lines, legal and compliance, SSU/CRA/SMOs, investigator sites), as well as proactively identify and manage issues.

3.Cooperate with MA closely, communicate with related internal department as RD, SMO, SSU, legal and compliance, responsible for timeline. Hold the bi-weekly meeting and complete study monthly report, resolve all the issues.

4.Manage external customers (MA) by periodical meeting and report to ensure RWS conducted in compliance with GCP/SOP, study protocol and contract based on timeline.

5.Responsible for study quality management through supervising CRA monitoring, conducting co-monitoring visit, quality check for documents and system information, preparing the audit readiness and interview, take the capa action.

6.Review AE, SAE and clinical data, coordinate SMO, site ,CRO and DM to resolve queries and ensure the data quality.

任职要求:

REQUIRED SKILL SET

1.Technical

Good working knowledge of Chinese/ICH GCP guidelines and HLT SOPs

Knowledge on drug development process and country regulatory environment

2.Managerial

Demonstrated effectiveness in working in a multidisciplinary, matrix team situation.

Good communication and collaboration skill, ownership and team work.

Fluent in verbal and written English

3.Education

Minimum of BS/BA in a biomedical discipline or equivalent education/training is required

4.Experience

At least 3-5 years in clinical operational experiences and managerial experience as project manager, especially in real-world study. Experience with clinical research methodology (e.g., study design, study monitoring and data analysis). Prior study management and/or study coordination experience preferred.
