Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree in finance/accountancy; 2. Minimum of 4-6 years of relevant working experiences in below areas, ideally in the advertising services industry preferred, but not required for fast learners; 3. Ability to handle multiple, ever-changing priorities in a fast paced and expanding environment; 4. Proactive and process driven; hands-on with attention to details; 5. Solid MS Office skills 6. Solid technical understanding and experiences in IFRS and PRC GAAP as well as local statutory reporting tax requirements; 7. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure; 8. High level of professional and ethical integrity, honesty and trustworthiness; and 9. Fluency in reading and writing in both English and Chinese languages. 10. Big 4 experience is a plus

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Manage the day-to-day financial and accounting affairs 2. Ensure monthly timely closing process 3. Approve payments and commitments over limits of delegated approval authorities 4. Overseeing external reporting to various government bureaus 5. Drive process standardization across different business units. 6. Initiate and drive process improvement in areas needed 7. Partner with business teams and provide analysis/reports as required 8. Provide any ad hoc reporting and analysis as required 9. Cash flow review and management 10. Close monitoring of AR collections 11. Coach and develop junior finance team members
