Key Responsibilities:

- Be involved to APAC FSSC Program and fulfil commitments which be complied with program objective;

- Be responsible for team, training and coaching to develop team abilities in order to meet the needs of FSSC and local business;

- To complete onsite migration during start-up period;

- Good management on team daily operation including AR/AP/TE/GL/MD functions to ensure finance data accuracy;

- Effective communication with local entity for problem-solving;

- Strictly implement ASSA Group internal control system and FSSC internal policy;

- Timely analyses KPI and weakness identification, lead team to communicate with local entity to find out improvement solution;

- Enhance customer stratification through continuous improvement;

- Build up and maintain good relationship with internal and external clients;

- Perform assigned tasks by management

Position Requirement:

- Bachelor Degree and above in Accounting or Finance;

- 5-8+ years finance experience with 3+ years relevant FSSC management experience in MNC;

- Proficient in IFRS and China Accounting Standards

- Be familiar with ERP system, Microsoft Dynamic AX is a plus;

- Proficient in Microsoft Office software;

- Good communication and English skill
