Your tasks

 Manage and deliver transmission and hybrid software development project from beginning to end

  Define project scope, goals and deliverables with engineering team in Germany

  Identify and manage risks through project either internally and externally  

 Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals

  Effectively communicate project expectations between customer and team members

  Coach, mentor, motive and supervise project team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work

 Involve in automotive advanced and series development, such as:

o System architecture/function design o Definition of requirement o Function development with graphical tools (e.g. Matlab/Simulink) and coordination of interfaces o Development and execution of test

  Your skills

 Master's degree in Mechatronics, Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Automotive Engineering. Education abroad as advantage

 

2 - 3 years working experiences in the field of transmission and/or hybrid software development with Matlab/Simulink

 Good knowledge of software development processes in automotive engineering

 Project management experience  

 Interest in cross-cultural cooperation and international business trips

  Chinese as mother tongue, very good English skill, German is plus

  Good communication skills  

 Customer orientation, teamwork skills and ability to work independently
