Responsibilities:

• Manage Calendar

• Schedule meetings

• Arrange travels for principals

• Manage expenses reimbursements for principals

• Internal project/initiatives management (chasing and tracking records)

• Taking notes at the management meeting

• Editing PPT and Excel files when required

• Manage Career Event Implementation, including Pre- & Post-survey, job-matching and etc

• Coordinate with Leaders and Colleagues to prepare contents for Marketing posting to generate marketing leads.

• Work with Marketing to continue enhance the contents and features in Mercer Career wechat

Requirements:

Bachelor degree is a must. 2-3 years relevant experience

Good English and communication skill

Good internal project management (PPT and Excel) skills are needed.
