Responsibility:

  

- 接收和处理销售订单，与销售及公司各部门保持紧密合作以确保订单顺利实施；

  

- 接受处理客户业务查询及服务投诉，及时给出使客户满意的结果并回馈给客户；

  

- 跟踪第三方物流公司的配送进度，及时协调处理运输过程中出现的问题；

  

- 运输回单审核及归档处理；

  

- 物流系统信息录入，并确保数据准确性，按管理层要求提供相关库存进出校验报告；

  

- 确保处理操作流程符合公司的要求及规章制度。

  

  

Requirements：

  

- 有5年以上相关客服经验，2年以上团队管理经验；

  

- 食品、快消及零售相关行业优先考虑；

  

- 工作认真踏实，良好的服务意识，工作积极主动；

  

- 良好英文读写能力；

  - 能熟练操作Windows及Microsoft Office软件。
