—协助部门主管/项目经理推进对公信贷营运流程集中化和工序标准化以降低信贷营运风险
—参与对公信贷相关的流程设计、系统测试、项目开发等以配合新产品/流程/政策的推出
—协调信贷营运部和其他相关部门工作并改善现有流程
—协助部门主管/项目经理综合管理第三方外包商以提高工作效率/降低操作风险
—支援信贷营运部各项工作且帮助解答疑难问题

? To assist Project Manager/Team Head to provide tactical project support in coordinating internal sources and third parties for execution of projects, and ensuring project on-boarding are delivered on-time within scope and within budget.
? To create detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed, to successfully complete the project. Then execute the project according to the project plan.
? To closely monitor the progress of the project and make adjustments as necessary to ensure the timeline is followed steadily and consistently.
? To determine the objectives and measures of the projects to ensure that the projects are delivered at the required level of quality.
? To determine the resources (time, cost, equipment, and etc) required to complete the project, ensure the resource availability and reasonable allocation.
? By conducting regular recording and checking of project status and pending items to ensure the project is on right track and can be implemented timely;

任职要求：
?？ University Graduate in Finance or Economics equivalent
?？ 5 years of relevant working experience
?？ Good knowledge in payment operations and respective project management
?？ Good interpersonal and communication skills
?？ Detail-oriented
