职位描述

China customer strategy Pathfinder will support China customer strategy Pathfinder and Luxury Customer Pathfinder to be Voice Of Customer:
Deliver a winning portfolio of products and services
Create and implement strategic plans for long-term business improvement in each EPLM (Enterprise Product Line Manager) product category
 
Key Roles and Responsibilities of Position
  • Synthesize and translate market, customer, & trend data into actionable, future-focused “Where to Play” and “How to Win”  insights
  • Deliver Portfolio Vision, cycle plan studies, EPLM strategy and analytics, Beacons, customer experience, and Ford Smart Mobility innovation.
  • Demand space mapping (GPS) to augment portfolio vision and further define opportunity spaces
  • Marketing deliverables, including Customer Profiles
  • Develop customer “lenses” for design professionals and senior leadership that drive aspirational imagery decisions (Design Brief)
  • Support Product excellence strategy
  • Customer analytic expertise and support for each EPLM, Beacon
  • A flexible, resource pool of pathfinders to support program work and EPLM teams
  • Support special market studies as needed.
Candidate Specification
  • Education Qualification: An advanced marketing or business degree.
  • No. of Years of Experience: 8 years plus
  • Professional Exposure (Technical Skills)
  • Be a trusted thinking partner to senior management.  Bring well thought out and insightful analyses and strategic options to senior Product forums.
  • Be an effective partner to lead Lincoln PD, Planning and marketing resources.
 
Preferred previous experiences
  • Consumer research, Consulting, 4A company strategic Planning, User experience
 
Functional Skills
  • Understanding of market research and data analysis
  • Knowledge of automotive business
  • Demonstrable strategic thinking abilities
  • Customer-oriented mind with problem-solving aptitude
Behavioral Skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate to senior company management.
  • Be a self-starter and have the ability to take responsibility for key program/study 'milestones' without supervision.
