Roles and Responsibilities：

• Assist Account Leaders to communicate and advise strategic plans to client
• Work with planning, creative teams, to develop concepts for projects and ensure integration & production feasibility
• Generating and maintaining the project budgets, managing the project timelines
• To coordinate with design and technical teams and other vendors to ensure smooth execution of projects to achieve client’s expectation
• To be capable in problem solving and handle ad-hoc requests from clients
• Building and maintaining the good relationship with clients
• Develop the professional competencies of team members and drives them to improved performance

Qualification Requirements:

• University graduate in Event Management, Public Relations or Communications are preferable
• Minimum 4 years relevant account management experience in events industry
• Prior experiences working with luxury / fashion and lifestyle industries will mean a definite advantage
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong presentation skills (English and Mandarin)
• Able to work with tight deadlines with a strong sense of responsibility, willing to work overtime

岗位职责:

• 协助团队负责人与客户沟通并向客户建议战略计划
• 与技术团队及创意的团队合作，提供项目策划，确保项目实施的可行性
• 把控项目预算，管理项目时间表
• 与设计和技术团队及其他供应商协调，确保项目的顺利执行，以实现客户的满意度
• 能够解决问题并处理来自客户的特别需求
• 建立和保持与客户的良好关系
• 发展团队的专业能力，并驱使团队提高绩效

任职要求:

• 活动管理专业的大学本科学历及以上，公共关系或传媒专业者优先考虑
• 至少有4年的相关行业的客户服务及项目管理经验
• 有从事奢侈品/时尚生活行业的工作经验者优先考虑
• 优秀的书面和语言沟通能力，并有强烈的表达能力（英语和普通话）
• 能够在繁杂紧凑的任务要求下工作，具有强烈的责任感，愿意加班
