-Workflow consultancy implementation to provide the add-value service to key accounts

-Develop workflow project and take responsibility for reference site implementation and promotion

-Prepare basic data for academic papers and research directions of key clients, or conduct data collation and analysis of relevant specialties

-Optimization of emergency laboratory workflow, complete the development of sales tools from the perspective of workflow ,   establish  the  reference EM laboratory

-Familiar with process analysis tools, such as simulation tools

-Pre-sales support, providing technical analysis and Suggestions for key projects at the beginning of the project, and ensuring the interests of the company's projects in cooperation with competitors

-Introduce and deliver new workflow researching tools or mature solutions to other colleagues in the company

-Work closely with IT colleagues to update data flow management tools provided by the company and understand new ideas of process optimization of competitors

任职条件：

-Healthcare consulting experiences preferred, familiar with the "lean" consulting tools is a plus.

- Experience with SCI papers in laboratory dataflow , workflow ,data mining is a plus

-Working experience in MNC environment prefers, working experience in hospital lab is a plus.

-Fluent English communication (written / oral) and CET-4 is a must.

-Strong in interpersonal communication, project management and PowerPoint skill. Strong analytical and change management skill
