Day to Day Responsibilities:
Plant: for first 12 months, the candidate for this position will assist the plant controller to -* Ensure timely and accurate close of book that is fully compliant to US/statutory/corporate requirement
* Develop financial plan (short term and long term) of the plant and track towards it
* Enhance control process of the plant, including SOX, capital spending control, etc
* Partner with business to deliver ideas/projects that can generate continuous cost reduction
* Support other ad hoc projects as requested.
Function: in the next 6 months, the candidate will be assigned to one or two of the following function teams in China -* Tax
* Treasury
* CSS_Asia
* Internal control
* Trade compliance
Division: in the last 6 months, the candidate will rotate to division in China to support divisional level activities including but not limited to -* Finance report and analysis for division
* Forecast, Budget and Greenbook plan roll up to Corporate
* New business ramp up in China, etc.
Sequence of above 3 main modules might change based on availability of each team.

* Must be willing to relocate to other cities for 1 or 2 years for the program training
* Must be willing to go to the city that company assigns, including but not limited Hefei, Wuhan, Guangzhou (Zengcheng), Haikou, Wujiang, Chongqing, Chengdu, Jiangmen, for two to three years
* Bachelor degree in Finance or Economics or equivalent, MBA is preferred
* Strong Finance/Accounting Background, knowledge of US GAAP and SOX, CPA or ACCA preferred
* 4-5 years work experience in Finance function of multi-national company environment
* Familiar with SAP or PS system will be a plus
Required Skills
* Excellent communication skills both written and spoken
* Good language skills both English and Mandarin
* Excellent skill on Excel Spreadsheet, Word and PowerPoint
Desired Skills
* Experience in a manufacturing industry with responsibility for implementing internal control or FP&A
* Able to work well across organizations and communicate effectively to senior management, external consultants, and government agencies
* Work is performed under general direction
* Plans, schedules and arranges own activities in accomplishing objectives
