职位描述

1) Take the ownership of overall in-store design of Clarins for all channel which including Department Store/Sephora/Airport/Beauty Room/SPA.

2) In charge of counter design & production procedure follow-up & improvement

3) Counter maintenance system set-up.follow-up & improvement.

4) Assist merchandising manager and regional team on new creative elements design development and other in-store image evolutions.

5) Lead internal design standardizing system to ensure counter image consistency.

6) Act as the key coordinator of new counter launch, coordinate with visual merchandiser to ensure the whole new counter image.

7) The key controller of all technical drawings/counter quality/counter cost.

8) Vendor management & re-map


Requirements:
- At least 3 years relevant working experiences or previous experience in cosmetics/fashion-related brand
- Be proficient in retail channel
- Very organized and hardworking
- Strong project management & communication skills, can work independently, project deadline
- Customer Focus, drive for results, priority setting, creativity
- Willing to travel
- Fluent in English and in both written and oral communication
- Good PC skills and familiar with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
