Principal job responsibilities:

• Assist in branch set-up, including bank account opening, POS machine, and tax application (general VAT payer application, VAT invoice, and VAT machine).

• Maintain the latest information for branch set-up process.

• Coordinate with the local agent for monthly/quarterly VAT/CT/CIT filing to ensure timely filing.

• Assist in monthly/quarterly VAT/CT/CIT filing preparation with local agent.

• Keep in touch with the local tax bureau and complete the ad-hoc compliance work requested by tax bureau (if any).
• Any Ad hoc work assigned by line supervisor.

Qualifications & Experience:

• College/bachelor’s degree in Finance or Tax, with 2 years working experience, best of retail industry.

• Knowledge of opening bank account, tax registration is preferred

• Strong communication skills and coordination ability. Can smoothly communicate with tax bureau, local bank and the third-party agent

• Flexible and able to work in a fast pace environment

• Fluent
  in written and spoken English
