Position Summary:

Well interpret clients’ needs into insights and tools, help BU to well allocate territory, target, and provide best-in-class sales forecast and BI tools to convey business focuses and customers’ needs. 

Principal Accountabilities:

-        Project lead: lead the process of Territory allocation, Target setting, and Communications within MITG (60%)

-        BU consultant role: Initiate AI algorithm / machine learning project to improve market forecast accuracy (30%)

-       Process Excellence: Diagnosis business with practical insights and impact stakeholders with solid solutions (10%)  

Experience:

-        2-8 years of SFE or business analysis experience

-        Have sound knowledge about target setting, territory design or forecast method, with IT skills is preferred

-        Working experience in healthcare industry is preferred

-        Solid experience on SFE or BI (business diagnosis, territory alignment, and machine learning) is preferred

-        Good communication skills; Actively problem finding and solving capability

-        A strong team worker, clear business sense, and strong self-motivation 

Education：

Bachelor’s Degree or above
