工作职能：

支持全国财务共享服务中心筹建，包括AR/AP/FA/Reimbursement等功能整合及实施，与IT团队紧密合作，支持系统自动化解决方案设计能力以及优秀的运营绩效评估设计，和流程改进能力；

主要职责：

1. 按照财务管理要求，制定财务共享中心相关的各项管理规定流程和服务水平协议；
2. 制订并优化相关账务处理流程, 提高工作效率和数据质量；
3. 确保财务政策的执行；
4. 确保账务记录与亚太区和总部的政策保持一致；
5. 完成账务、决算工作的及时性；
6. 数据提供的准确性和及时性；
7. 安排培训、对接用户部门与内部客户保持客户关系，收集客户反馈，处理客户投诉；
8. 对公司职能进行必要的财务分析、计划和成本控制。

任职要求：

1. 本科及以上学历，有ERP相关背景；
2. 5年以上财务SSC ERP实施方面工作经验，2年以上ERP项目实施或团队管理经验；
3. 熟悉共享服务流程及政策；
4. 优秀的项目管理能力，对操作流程的改进有一定的敏感性。有PMP或绿带认证优先；
5. 优秀的跨部门沟通协作能力。
