POSITION SUMMARY


Responsible for growth and new customer acquisition in the EAP area. The incumbent will be responsible for actively making sales calls, promoting hydrogen products to existing /potential customers, working in a large territory of diverse industries and secure sales contracts in a fast, effective and disciplined manner in Eastern China and Hubei.



PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES


This position is accountable for the following end results:


1. Work safely everyday and safeguard Air Products property within established procedures

2. Meet or exceed assigned revenue and profit targets in defined region

3. Execute on new account initiation according to the set targets

4. Maintain good relationship with accounts and find new demands from established accounts

5. Keep a good team work spirit and conduct cross selling with LB sales team and marketing team.

6. Identifying new opportunities and accounts in the targeted industries and establishing programs and relationships to create product and service demand.



QUALIFICATIONS


1.Entry level position with minimum 5 years work experience and minimum 2 years sales experience

2.4-year degree from accredited university preferred

3.Minimum 2 years technical and application background, such as electronics, semi-conductor, optical fiber, powder metallurgy, chemical industries and so on, or sales experience in industrial gas industry, is preferred

4.Basic English written and reading skills, competent computer skills in Microsoft office and emails

5.Ability to track multi sales projects in a fast-paced environment

6.Ability to work independently with excellent communication skills, advanced interpersonal, negotiation and planning skills.

7.Possesses a high level of drive to develop and grow new business.

8.Driving skill is preferred.
