JobDescriptionandResponsibility

1.负责系统平台架构的评估/规划与设计；

2.主流Hadoop生态大数据系统相关组件的性能改进/功能扩容和故障分析；

3.基于业务需求持续性优化平台架构，保证平台的稳定性；

4.负责分布式存储，流式/实时计算等应用层架构搭建及核心代码实现；

5.参与项目实施工作，协助项目组完成对应的平台技术方案。

Qualification:

1.计算机相关专业本科以上学历，5年以上工作经验，3年大数据架构相关经验，负责过日均TB级的数据平台架构；

2.对于flink/storm/spark/hadoop/hbase/kafka/ElasticSearch等数据系统有深入研究；

3.深入理解hadoop/HDFS/Mapreduce原理，熟悉分布式计算模型或有高效索引技术经验者优先；

4.精通Linux/Unix环境，精通Java/Python开发，同时熟悉Scala开发语言经验者优先；

5.具备优秀的团队意识和沟通能力，学习能力和主动性强，具有钻研精神。
