主要职责 
高通上海IPS部门作为平台硬件研发部门，日常负责高通芯片的验证平台和参考设计平台开发。IPS部门共有六个研发方向，基带研发，射频研发，平台系统设计，硬件验证，PCB设计，结构和热设计。工作内容涵盖移动处理器芯片和无线通讯芯片的
1.芯片参考设计
2.芯片验证平台设计，
2 芯片解决方案硬件测试，
3.调试优化，

技能、经验要求 
1.熟练掌握模拟电路和数字电路基础知识。具备运算放大器，稳压电源，数模和模数转换等典型电路分析能力。
2.熟练掌握无线电及微波方面基础知识。了解阻抗匹配，史密斯圆图，放大器噪声系数等知识。
3.掌握高速信号设计知识，了解微带线，带状线，特征阻抗等基础知识。
4.掌握无线通讯原理知识，了解蜂窝网基本架构，了解调制，扩频，编码等概念。如OFDM，CDMA，MIMO等
5.掌握数字集成电路基础知识，了解CMOS门电路的逻辑表达式，了解数字IO的基本模型，如上下拉，高阻状态。了解建立时间和保持时间的时序概念。
6.具备良好的英文读写能力
附加要求：
1.有射频电路设计或调试经验
2.有电源电路设计或调试经验
3.曾基于单片机，MCU或者其他集成处理器，有系统开发经验者
4.熟练的英文口语能力
教育背景要求 
通信，计算机，电子等相关专业，本科及以上学历
