Headquartered in Shanghai, HSBC Life Insurance Company Limited is a 50-50 joint venture between HSBC Insurance (Asia) Limited and The National Trust Ltd. with a registered capital of RMB 1025 million. HSBC Life offers a comprehensive range of insurance solutions to our customers covering protection, retirement, children’s education, wealth growth and management, and legacy planning.

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

In this role, you will:

- Successfully define, deliver and embed with changes, helping Finance function achieve its strategic goals.

- Support the company and Group's change initiatives in BAU as well as project teams.

- Manage the change & implementations activites such as training, communication and stakeholder engagement.

- Capture, analyse and document the business process as well as tracking status of project deliverables and milestones

- Ensure data and business requirements related to Finance are captured, utilized and fully tested

- Collaborate with Finance teams and IT to oversee the execution of testing, including problem solving and data analysis.

- Enhance work efficiency and control effectiveness of Finance function and identify sustainable cost efficiency initiatives

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology or a related field

- 8+ insurance financial experience and solid knowledge in insurance business lines, finance systems and technologies are highly preferred

- Ability to develop cohesive working relationships with internal/external stakeholders

- Ability to work effectively under pressure with competing and changing priorities

- Excellent team player, able to lead others into action, and with ability to work under minimal supervision

- Good communication skills in Chinese and English (written and spoken)
