Job Purpose
This role is responsible for supporting commercial BD manager in the business development opportunities from CV strategy focus sector in China especially Chain Truck Workshop, Large Fleet with National presence and B2B Co-operation Responsible for the sales and relationship management with a group of strategic accounts.
Responsible for supporting the team to maximize profitability and sales opportunities by managing and developing strategic business relationships for sales direct/B2B in a defined geographic area, building on existing relationships and creating new business opportunities. The scope of the role will influence the grade - this can include financial accountability, geographical scope, leadership responsibilities and overall level of responsibility.
Support the team leader to implement driving growth in these newly developed customers measured through Sales Volume and Gross Margin delivered.
Key Accountabilities
- Establish relationships and networking with the assigned customers and 'own' the customers at all touch points.
- Monthly tracking and update B2B Non-OEM customer pipeline and key contract map.
- Be in charge of customers annual tending preparation
- Responsible for B2B Non OEM customer lead to contract process including contract management and new account set up
- Drive the effective implementation of the customer offer and customer development and penetration
- Accountable for B2B and Non-Core distributors monthly sales forecast, cooperate with Sales Operation team and GSC effectively.
- Keep strong HSSE bias and fully align with company Code of Conduct regulation.
Working Experience
- University Graduate with more than 2 years' relevant experience preferred.
- Experience of working with multiple partners both within and outside the organization is desired for success in this role
- Good understanding of Lubes business and market dynamics
- Familiar with Lubes internal process
- Strong execution and coordination capability
- Strong sense of ownership
