Job Description
- Collect consumer needs, competitor activities, and the latest industry trends to define a compelling EV product strategy.
- Understand regional business and non-functional requirements from key stakeholders and translate into functional, engineering, and product requirements for EV connectivity features.
- Develop the EV business case and track progress leading to program approval of Connected Vehicle products.
- Establish technical relationships with external partners to support delivery of the connected vehicle product strategy of EV.
- Develop realistic work plans, track delivery and open issues, and apply program management principles to support vehicle program milestones.
- Develop and execute verification and validation plans for the EV connectivity features.
- Monitor and improve the ongoing quality and operational excellence of Connected Vehicle products in the market.
- IT Business Analyst / application architecture, product engineering, software development, program management experience
- Over 3 years leading projects in the area of vehicle connectivity technology.
- Knowledge of design, structure and operation of automotive connectivity systems
- Vehicle infotainment systems and electronics architecture
- Cloud computing and backend infrastructure systems
- Telematics Communication Protocols
- Cloud technology e.g. IaaS, PaaS, SaaS.
- Backend IT system integration
- System verification and valid
