岗位职责
· 负责修订及执行公司战略规划，及日常运营相关的制度体系、业务流程和工作标准；
· 负责制定公司运营指标、并推动营业指标的顺利完成；
· 建设和发展运营团队，建设人才梯队，满足公司业务拓展需要；

任职资格
· 本科及以上学历，具备互联网产品、电子商务5年以上实践管理经验者优先；
· 对电子商务行业有深刻的认识，熟悉电子商务企业的运营管理；
· 具备丰富的组建或团队管理经验；
· 良好的逻辑思维能力、计划能力、优秀的协调能力；
· 正直、坦诚、成熟、豁达、自信。
