职位摘要:

为MITG提供沟通及外部活动管理支持，包含但不限于企业微信号的运营、年会的策划与筹备、学术会议后的付款流程推进等，以及时、专业地满足内部客户的需求，积极地推动外部活动在符合公司合规、法务、采购及财务的政策要求下高效开展，并在规定时间内完成所有付款工作。

主要职责：

• 在系统中创建采购订单，并在外部活动确认可执行后，向供应商发送采购订单；
• 审核讲课费付款材料并及时在系统中提交付款申请，密切追踪付款状态；
• 与供应商沟通，收集及审核供应商结算材料和***， 确保结算材料中的所有项目与***内容符合公司合规、采购、财务政策要求后，完成付款申请；
• 会前为三方会赞助款或捐赠款提供付款申请，密切追踪付款状态；
• 会后审核三方会赞助款或捐赠款履行证明材料及***，确保所发生的费用符合公司合规、采购、财务政策要求后，
• 完成与付款工作相关的数据登记、收集与分析工作；
• 为团队运营提供支持，包含但不限于协议制作、协议盖章、快递寄送和签收等；
• 负责MITG企业公众号的日常运营与维护；
• 负责MITG年会、年夜饭的策划与筹备；
• 完成直线经理分配的其他任务。
