职位描述

Key Roles and Responsibilities
To improve the delivery capability of retail consulting and work with the third party to deliver high value solution on the dealer profitability and business performance.
1.Diagnose the situation and define the goal
  • Identify the situation on the basis of BM and other performance metrics on Lincoln Profitability and on all business areas, such as sales, after sales, Finance and Insurance, to conduct the root cause analysis and profit tree study qualitatively.
  • Conduct interviews with Lincoln China dealer counsel’s members and key management of Lincoln to understating the problems quantitatively.
  • Evaluate with third party expert and define the priorities and directions of the consulting and coaching programs.
2.Consulting & Coaching Concept Development
  • Work with the third party to develop the dealer on-site analytical tools, working processes and other key elements of a professional consulting portfolio.
  • Facilitate workshops with key stakeholders to create requirements, new process and ideas.
3.Project management and Dealer Action plan follow up
  • Ensure the programs plan and delivery is aligned with the goal and Lincoln business strategy by checking the effectiveness and Quality.
  • Get feedback from dealerships to continuously optimize the quality of the programs.
  • Identify improvements opportunities and support for supplier performance analysis
  • Work with the Lincoln regional managers to implement the innovative and sophisticated consulting and coaching solutions.
4.Project Communication
  • Lead the Lincoln China internal project related communication and the communication with dealers.
  • Prepare and present findings and results to top managements and responsible for the information packing.
 
Candidate Specification
Education Qualification  Minimum Bachelor Degree, Master or MBA preferred
Preferred Work Background       
  • Solid Experience in retail consulting business in auto industry
  • Or, worked in a regional position in auto industry in sales and dealer network
  • Or Worked successfully in the automotive environment at a dealership as the GM
Functional Skills
  • Strong understanding of dealership operations and business management
  • Strong data analysis and & problem solving skill is a must
  • Cross functional knowledge and experience of marketing, sales and service
  • Ability to manage and direct multiple personnel, projects, dealers and suppliers
Behavioral Skills               
  • Can-do spirit and drive for result
  • Interpersonal communication and presentation skills, cross functional coordination
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, accomplished in both Mandarin and English.
