• Documentation of process and system flows forthe related applications；

• 1st level support of user enquiries；

• Analysis of system performance；

• Issue tracking and resolution together withother IT teams；

• Support of eCommerce operation；

• Assist on user training.

Requirements：

• 2020 bachelor or master degree in computingscience or related discipline；

• Basic computer programming technique；

• Network security；

• Concept of B2B；

• Fluent in both Chinese and English.
