SCDP (Supply Chain Development Program, 供应链管培生项目) 面向顶尖的大学生新晋员工，为其在职业生涯初期提供深入接触戴尔供应链体系的绝佳机会, 旨在培养未来的供应链管理精英。该三年期项目包含在供应链不同职能方向（运营、采购和物流）的三年轮岗，并会安排Advisor、Mentor和Buddy陪伴成长助力成功，同时，会根据每一年的发展需求量身定制不同类型的培训课程。特别地，在轮岗的第三年更有机会获得海外轮岗的国际工作体验，帮助管培生积累扎实的供应链知识并着重培养其综合业务技能。

Job Requirements：

•  硕士学位

•  供应链管理、物流及相关专业优先

•  GPA不低于3.4/4.0

•  相关实习经验

• 良好的英语沟通能力

• 熟练运用MS办公软件

• 较强的数据分析能力

• 综合能力要求：
