ABB Measurement and Analytics develops, produces, sells, delivers and services products and solutions to enable industrial and energy customers to operate more efficiently and profitably. We are dedicated to serving our customers with the best digitally enabled solutions to meet their needs quickly and reliably, while providing the support of a global service network.

The export sales support leads the daily activity to support their assigned Local Sales units and PLS (OSS) to sell the factory products and supports Product Line initiatives in line with the PG marketing strategy.

- Provide Quotations to LSUs in close collaboration with the responsible PLS (OSS).
- Provide Technical clarification (level 1,2 and 3) and advise to select Level Products produced by the local factory.
- Provide Commercial feedback in line with the Pricing Strategy and table of discount authority.
- Complaint management.
- Make sure that all Level quotations are registered.
- Support PLS (OSS) following up quotations.
- Provide information about deliveries in special cases.
- Make sure that LSU orders are clear and ready for Order Handling to put in ordering system.
- Support LSU with questions about the use of pricing and selection tools.
- Support with Factory Acceptance Tests and Audits.
- Living ABB’s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.

- A Bachelor’s Degree or above is required, major in instrumentation and Automation is preferred.
- More than 3 years of working experience is required. The experience in instrumentation and multinational company is preferred.
- Fluent in verbal and written English.
- Familiar to use MS-Office software.
- Good teamwork and customer-oriented think.
