- Collect and manage market requirement of active, standard drive products.
- Collaborate with other regions to keep the competitiveness of current portfolio.
- Prepare new product proposals and enhancements to global decision-making forum with business case.
- Owner of local customized products.
- Lead local customization business from proposal to delivery.
- Life-cycle management of local customized products to keep the continuously competitiveness.
- Lead global product release in local market, including standard drive products, optional modules and manuals.
- Cooperate with Product Marketing and Sales teams to evaluate the business case value.
- Participate in R&D projects as market representative.
- Living ABB’s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.

- Bachelor or above degree in Automation, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- 3+ years of low voltage AC drive product experience in product management, technical support, service or sales.
- Good English and Chinese communication skills (speaking and writing).
- Accept domestic and oversea travel occasionally.
- Familiar with the drive portfolio of major brands is a plus.
- Sensitive to the market change is a plus.
- Oversea experience (work or study) is a plus.
