As a Logistics Officer, ABB Drives is a pioneering technology leader, providing products and solutions to help our customers maximize productivity, safety and energy efficiency, with a focus on reducing impact on the environment.

You will play a key role within the Drive Products Product Group/Drives Business Line/Motion Business Manufacturing team. Reporting to the External Logistics Manager you will support and implementation, maintenance and compliance of Customs activities. Execute assigned activities based on the standard procedures.

- Execute and implement Customs-relevant within the area of responsibility.
- Apply and implement Customs standards, tools and processes within the area of responsibility to secure compliance, sustainability and operation smoothly.
- Standardize processes and implements routines as per Customs directives/instructions.
- Execute effective and transparent communication internally, externally and between different units, centers and governments.
- Deliver and participates in training programs as required for Compliance and professional development, as well as Customs Laws, Regulations…
- Manage/Evaluate brokers’ operation to secure quality, delivery, cost and service.
- Broker selection and negotiation, inquire and confirm the quotation.
- Create and update reports, as required, following the Customs and ABB standards.

- Bachelor’s Degree or above, major in Logistics Management or relevant fields.
- 5 years or above relevant experience in Broker Management/Customs affairs is preferred.
- Knowledge in Logistics.
- Possessed a mature and responsible nature.
- Excellent communication skills and team work.
- Fluent in English.
