岗位职责（概述)：

Training Sessions Deliver
1、Schedule training sessions based on company Annual Training Plan；
2、Manage the invitation and registration status for each training session ；
3、Prepare for the delivery of the confirmed sessions: material printing, training equipments and tools, pre-work followup, etc.  If the session is delivered out of Beijing, contact the local HR people for the logistic support；
4、Provide on-site logistic support to the trainers and participants during the training session ；
5、 Start the course evaluation immediately after the training session and generate evaluation report to be sent to the head of training development ；
6、Close the session by updating the records on database ；
7、Prepare payment(s) ； 
8、Update and maintain the annual schedule and monthly operations report and data ；
9、Maintain the training equipments and tools；
10、Design and implement internal activities as planned。

任职资格（技能、素质等要求）：

1、Interesting in administration and event planning；
2、Experience in interacting with people；
3、Ability to work independently and be self-directed；
4、Good verbal, written and interpersonal communication；
5、Fluent English。
