职位描述
专业要求：
计算机、信息工程。
岗位职责（概述)：
1、根据需求文档完成系统设计；
2、完成编码工作，并保证交付的产品符合业务需求；
3、解决开发中遇到的技术难题；
4、依据项目具体情况，在客户现场提供技术支持或驻场开发。
任职资格（技能、素质等要求）：
1、计算机及相关专业本科及以上学历，Java WEB应用软件开发优秀应届毕业生；
2、具有良好的面向对象分析与设计能力，熟悉设计模式，有丰富的设计经验；
3、精通Java、JSP、JavaScript、HTML、CSS开发技术； 有flex开发经验者优先；
4、熟悉使用Spring、Struts2开源产品，并理解它们的工作机制和原理；
5、熟悉sqlServer数据库的使用，有oracle开发经验的优先；
6、思路清晰，善于思考，能独立分析和解决问题；
7、责任心强，具备良好的团队合作精神。
