VFRA 零售培训实习生

   

【主要职责】 

  

? 支持零售运营及销售团队落地培训项目，包括但不限于PPT、物料及场地准备；

? 支持维护培训项目相关的KPI数据库；

? 协助零售团队进行品牌核心文化的宣传。

 

  

【职位要求】 

• 本科及以上学历

• 熟练运用办公软件，Excel运用熟练的优先

• 英语读写熟练

• 对零售/时尚培训领域有兴趣

        

 

• 上班时间：09:30-18:00

• 上班地点：静安区南京西路688号恒基688广场

• 交通：地铁2、12、13号线南京西路站2号出口步行5分钟即达

• 薪资：22/小时

 Key Purpose of the Job: 

? To assist in different training programs for retail operations and sales staff

? To ensure logistic quality to support training program preparation and delivery

? To provide a stable data base to support all training programs relate to KPIs

? To assist in VF Retail Academy core value building in working environment

Key Area of Responsibility:

? Data management of all training programs including staff information, training record

? Data analysis on sales KPIs collection and output to reports 

? Management of training tools, devises, training GWP to support all training programs

? Maintenance of essential office support in optimizing PowerPoint template, image, photos

? Material and logistic preparation to support training programs development

? Training assistant in meeting or training conduction to help trainer to give a qualified delivery

? Translation of training material and related files

? To participate in various trainings to ensure training delivery with quality

? Deal with daily office tasks relate to training and back support

Education: 

? University or college senior student, Diploma or above will be preferred

Experience:  

? Office assistance and secretary related will be preferred

Knowledge:

? Hands on experience in secretarial skills of office paper work assistance

? Proficient in data management skill and data base maintenance

? Good communication skills and execution skills

? Good command in translation on business /training /fashion retail situation

Language:  

? Proficient in written & spoken Chinese

? Good command in written and spoken English

Computer: 

? Proficiency in MS Office: Outlook /Word /Excel /PowerPoint

? Skillful in common office communication software: Skype /Zoom /We-chat

? Good at image editing software: Photoshop

Others: 

Good personality with open-minded, passion, team spirit, creative and innovative, a fast learner and interested in fashion retail training business will be preferred
