职位描述

Job Summary:
Responsible for overall HCP Sales Management in the assigned area and ensure to achieve the sales target company set for the assigned sales territory within sales expense budget pre-set by line manager.


Main Tasks & Responsibilities:
1.Lead and motivate sales team to achieve or exceed overall team sales objective within expense budget pre-set by line manager through objective goal setting and resource allocation.
2.Submit regular sales reports to line manager in format and contents as agreed by Company. Performs the role of regular market and competitive information provider for sales and marketing decisions .
3.Actively manage sales performance by rep/hospital level on monthly basis. Conduct continuous performance evaluation for team members to identify performance gaps and to enhance product knowledge and selling skills eventually to improve team performance.
4.Provide realistic rolling sales forecast on a monthly basis and assist line manager to prepare annual budget at year-end
5.Provide COACHING to responsible team members with at least 60% time in the field. To lead the team effectively by systematic planning on coaching and development activities.
6.Actively maintain expense tracking system (down to customer level).
7.Develop sales team in order to support the rapid business growth and liaises with marketing/region to provide basic product training to new-hires.
8.Build rapport with Key Opinion Leaders and ensure overall customer satisfaction
9.Work closely with Marketing Department for implementation of national programs and activities.
10.Assist in the appointment of distributors and cooperates with Supply Chain to ensure sufficient inventory holding and coverage
11.Possess basic marketing concepts and provide regular analysis and inputs to Company on strategic issues like growth opportunities and threats.
12.Ensure supervisors are exercising coaching and people development activities and receive systematic regular feedback.
13.Develop actively good rapport from key customers, including procurement offices, and local health officials.




Education& Qualifications:
At least Bachelor Degree in Clinical Medicine or Appropriate Science discipline and / or Business Degree
Good command of English in both spoken and written
Good command of MS office software application




Experience:
At least 6-year Sales experience in healthcare industry with at least 3 years in managerial role.
